6:30pm a buffet dinner.  

          Tequila lime shrimp skewers, jerk seared pork tenderloin, baked jerk BBQ chicken, roasted baby reds, wild rice pilaf, Catalina vegetables, build your own salad bar, and assorted desserts. 

The live auction will follow dinner
